Diane Whisnant is the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Police Relief Association. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of benefits management within non-profit organizations. Diane received her B.A. from California State University and earned a professional designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
